Welcome to Slaapplek 4Daagse! At Vierdaagse camping De Oude Waal we offer fully equipped camping accommodations, which offer you a comfortable and nice place to rest during the 4Daagse of Nijmegen. Whether you choose a stylish Belltent , a comfortable Sleeping Pod , or a Bed-Stay in a large sleeping tent , each accommodation is equipped with all basic facilities such as a bed, bed linen, a locker, seating and a power point. Do you prefer to sleep in your own tent, caravan or camper? Then quickly reserve a camping spot with electricity .
All our camping guests can use the fine sanitary and shower facilities. We also offer a wide choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner in our food area. Also book a parking ticket for the whole week in advance and a ticket for our shuttle service to the start and from the finish back to the camping.

About us
We, Amido and Zilano, have a passion for hospitality and creating unique experiences. For years, we’ve been organizing events, and since 2018, we’ve been active as entrepreneurs in the leisure industry. We know better than anyone how important it is to have a well-organized and comfortable place to relax after a day full of activities – and that’s exactly what we aim to offer with Slaapplek 4Daagse.
Our journey toward opening a campsite actually began with the launch of Boules Bites Bar Nijmegen in 2020, which later evolved into The Boules Club Nijmegen. In 2023, we opened Boules Beach Bar, a summer hotspot at the Honig complex. This is where the idea for a Four Days Marches campsite was born. At the time, we didn’t get the green light from the project developer, but the plan stayed in the back of our minds.
At the end of 2024, we decided to turn our dream into reality. We knocked on the doors of every farmer and landowner near the Wedren, until we found this beautiful location and immediately connected with the owners.
With our extensive experience in hospitality, events, and the leisure industry, we ensure that everything is taken care of down to the last detail. Slaapplek 4Daagse is more than just a campsite – it’s a cozy and comfortable home base, where you can fully enjoy the Four Days Marches while also getting the rest you need for the walks ahead.
This is our first edition, but with our expertise and eye for detail, we promise an unforgettable and worry-free experience.

A hotel stay includes a breakfast buffet and packed lunch and you can optionally order an evening meal. We offer breakfast, lunch and evening meals on the catering square at the campsite.
