-
The agreement shall expire by operation of law after the expiry of the agreed period, without any notice of termination being required.
Article 4. Price and price changes
The price is agreed on the basis of the rates applicable at that time, which have been determined by the entrepreneur.
If, after the price has been determined, additional costs arise due to an increase in charges and levies that directly relate to the accommodation or the holidaymaker, as a result of an increase in costs and levies on the part of the entrepreneur, these can be passed on to the holidaymaker, even after the conclusion of this agreement.
Article 5. Payment
The holidaymaker must have made the payments before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
If the entrepreneur is not in possession of the total amount due on the day of arrival, he is entitled to deny the holidaymaker access to the site, without prejudice to the entrepreneur's right to full payment of the agreed price.
The extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by the entrepreneur, after notice of default, will be charged to the holidaymaker. If the total amount has not been paid, the statutory interest rate will be charged on the outstanding amount after written notice.
Article 6. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the holidaymaker pays compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:
€7,- until May 1st in case of cancellation of the entire booking.
€2,- until May 1st for partial cancellation per ticket to be cancelled.
In case of cancellation from May 1st 100% of the agreed price.
If the accommodation is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof, the holidaymaker is responsible for transferring the reservation and any payments to the third party.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to cancel a reservation, without giving reasons, or to refuse a holidaymaker. The entrepreneur undertakes to confirm the cancellation or refusal in writing and in that case will refund 100% of the amount paid by the holidaymaker up to that point, whereby the agreement is terminated without further obligations or claims on either side.
