Our extensive menu offers something for everyone: from healthy meals to vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options. Every evening we surprise you with a changing dish of the day. Here you can enjoy not only delicious food, but also a warm, relaxed atmosphere!

Make it easy on yourself
Your participation in the Nijmegen 4-Day Marches should be the time of your life! Enjoy walking and having a great time, no worries. Your stay should therefore be as comfortable and carefree as possible. Are you staying at our campsite? Then book your parking ticket now for €65 for the entire period, and a breakfast and lunch package for €24 per day.

Good and clean sanitary facilities are high on our priority list. That is why our sanitary facilities are:

Electricity
Electricity has been installed for all accommodations, so there is a power supply in the bed-stay, the Pods and the Bell tents.
Please note that you do not use more than 1300 watts at a time. And that your electrical equipment is suitable for camping use (so no electric heater). Kettles and hairdryers are also often not suitable for camping use and can cause short circuits. Tapping/splitting is of course not allowed.

Massages
At the campsite? Yes, there are masseurs from the Dutch Society for Sports Massage ready for you! Whether you want to prevent injuries, suffer from minor aches and pains, or just fancy a nice massage, they will arrange it for you. Just make an appointment and enjoy!
Blister Pricking
Blisters? Don't worry! Qualified blister therapists are ready to help you at the first aid post. Just drop by and you'll be back on your feet in no time!

Help always within reach
FIRST AID

First aid post:
In case of emergency, you can go directly to the Medical Support first aid post, next to the blister post. The post is manned 24/7, also at night with a sleep service. Just follow the instructions on the tent!

Telephone assistance:
Do you need urgent help? Call the first aid number that we will give you. This is available day and night and you will immediately get a first aid worker on the line.

Emergency situation?
In life-threatening situations, always call 112 immediately.

Transport between campsite and start/finish
Shuttle service
Between the campsite and the start/finish there is a Zonnetrein shuttle service that will take you to/pick you up to 250 meters from the start/finish. Buy a shuttle card in advance, this is valid for 6 days, from Sunday 13 July to Friday 18 July.

No problem! The restaurant staff and the information board at the reception and the sanitary facilities will help you further. During the night you can always contact the night watchman, who is present in the restaurant.

At 4Daagse Camping de Oude Waal a number of house rules apply. Nothing crazy, but it is nice if everyone who stays with us is aware of them and can adhere to them. In this way we ensure that the stay at our 4Daagse camping is pleasant, safe and comfortable for everyone.
